Timeline for Mount Alvernia Families Transitioning to Fontbonne
- March 17 - Complete Mount Alvernia Information Sheet in Ravenna to confirm admittance
- March 17 - Transfer FACTS account to Fontbonne, so we can award aid
- March 20 - Welcome Day Grades 9, 10, & 11
- March 21 - Welcome Day Grades 7 & 8
- March 22 - Financial Aid awards sent to Mount Alvernia families by this date
- March 22 - Parent Zoom for Mount Alvernia parents to meet with Fontbonne parents
- April 1 - Registration Deadline
- April 14 - Tuition contracts mailed to families
Enrollment Process
All currently enrolled MAHS students in good academic standing or applicants who have already been admitted to MAHS are considered admitted to Fontbonne. To confirm your admittance & enroll, please complete the steps below.
- Log into your Ravenna account
- Select Fontbonne in the school directory and click Apply
- Complete the Mount Alvernia Information Sheet by March 17th. (This sheet will link your Ravenna account to Fontbonne and will give us the necessary demographic information to consider you an admitted student. It should take no more than 5 minutes)
- If you receive financial aid, please link your FACTS account to Fontbonne by March 17th by following this link: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3GNXJ. (Once you click on this link, you can use your existing FACTS log in to sign in and then it will connect your information to Fontbonne)
- Financial aid awards will be mailed by March 22nd
- The registration deadline is April 1st, 2023. Please submit your enrollment deposit of $500 here.

MAHS Welcome Days!
Fontbonne is hosting Welcome Days for MAHS students to visit Fontbonne classes, meet Fontbonne students & teachers, and learn more about our academics, programming, athletics, arts, and co-curriculars.
- March 20th - Welcome Day Grades 9, 10, & 11
- March 21st - Welcome Day Grades 7 & 8
Students will arrive at Fontbonne at 8:45 AM. The school day will conclude at 2:20 PM. We will then offer campus tours after school from 2:30 PM- 4 PM.
Transportation to Fontbonne is still being coordinated.
