The Patricia Cerasuolo Girls’ Leadership Institute was established to enable students to cultivate skills and strategies for self-advocacy and leadership development. Students completing a 4 - 6 year calendar of grade-specific leadership training become empowered to identify and advance unique leadership strengths and experiences — essentials that build confidence and prepare them to reach their full potential. Intrinsic to the success of the Patricia Cerasuolo Girls’ Leadership Institute is the connection between current students at Fontbonne and our alumnae community.
Mission Statement
The Girls’ Leadership Institute at Fontbonne aims to provide girls with intentional leadership instruction through grade-appropriate lessons, experiences, and programs designed to instill the self-confidence and organizational qualities synonymous with successful female leadership.
Vision Statement
Fontbonne imagines graduating students who will utilize the leadership skills and experiences learned in Fontbonne's diverse and inclusive environment and apply this knowledge to their choice of postsecondary education, career selection, job experience, and financial decisions. Creating competencies beyond academics will result in a more profitable outcome for the students and the global community in which they reside.
