Farah Bernier is the Head of Talent Management for Google’s Chrome Organization. She is responsible for leading talent initiatives to further attract, retain, develop and advance historically underrepresented professionals in the technology industry. Farah is also the Founder of Living Fabulously Fierce. Living Fabulously Fierce is committed to closing the "confidence gap" by promoting fabulous women and supporting fierce girls.  


Farah Bernier is an alumna from the class of 1998 and is the Head of Human Resources for Google's Chrome organization. She is responsible for leading the talent management strategy development and execution for all three lines of business through partnership with Google’s leadership, evaluating and developing strategies around recruiting, developing, retaining and advancing tech professionals. Prior to this role, Farah consistently leveraged her expertise in the areas of HR, D&I, Sales, Marketing, Coaching and Personal Branding to contribute to the talent management strategy of various companies, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Farah has built a professional brand of distinguished credibility and expertise in developing talent strategies that extend seamlessly into D&I best practices and facilitating environments where all have the opportunity to succeed and leaders are supported to execute bottom-line, results-focused strategies through their best resources, their teams.

Additionally, as a certified professional executive coach and recognized D&I practitioner, Farah has been noted as a distinguished speaker, representing Google and her brand in various forums.  

Farah is a graduate of Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, earned her MBA in Global Studies and Entrepreneurship from Babson College, and her CPC and ELI-MP through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
