Application Process
Submit an Application
  • Our application is an online application and includes both a student statement and a parent/guardian statement.  The Ravenna application portal allows families to track their progress of the application from inquiry to completion.  There is a $35 application fee which is also collected online.

  • To set up your account and begin the application, please click on the gold APPLY button on the right of your screen.

  • For priority consideration, applications should be completed by June 4, 2021.  Applications received after June 4 will be considered as space allows.

Supply Current School Records
  • We  will need two teacher recommendations (one math and one English) and your official school transcript to complete your application.

  • Please utilize the Teacher Recommendation request and the Transcript Release form that is provided in the Ravenna application portal.

  • Your school will send these documents directly to Fontbonne.  Once we have received and processed each item we will mark it complete in the portal.  Please note, it is normal for schools to mail or deliver transcripts and recommendations after the June 4 deadline.

Submit Entrance Exam Results (Optional - DUE to newly launched 7th grade)
  • While not required for admission for this season, entrance exam results do provide our team with additional information that is helpful in the evaluation of a student’s academic potential.  If you have already taken or plan to take one of the below assessments, please ensure to indicate that your results will be sent to Fontbonne.

  1. Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT) - This test is offered through the Enrollment Management Association.  Students should take the MIDDLE Level exam.  You may register for the exam here
