Walk for Hospice at the South Shore Plaza 3/29/08
The purpose of the Service Club is to promote awareness of community needs and to organize monthly service opportunities. Club activities focus on service to others locally and internationally from October to May. Activities include participating in walks and directing school service activities such as the Thanksgiving Food Drive, Christmas Giving Tree and Women’s Only Clothing Drive. All members of the Fontbonne Academy community are welcome to participate in the service opportunities, but membership does have its privileges.
Membership
To be considered a member of the Service Club you must pay a $3 due at the beginning of the year. You must also participate in 6 Service Club sponsored activities – either ongoing or one-time events. Members can also apply to participate in the Service Trip scheduled during February vacation. (Details will follow.)
