Trustees & advisors
Fontbonne Academy is governed by a Board of Trustees whose primary functions are in the areas of policy making and the responsibility for sound resource management. Fontbonne Academy's Alumnae Advisory Board was created in 1991 to help further the mission of Fontbonne Academy and as a way for graduates to come together to discuss issues facing the Academy.

The Board is comprised of approximately 14 members some of whom are Sisters of St. Joseph, as well as lay men/women.

Alumnae Advisory Board
Each year the Board sponsors several events including the Mother/Daughter Brunch, the Memorial Mass, and Alumnae Field Day. From academics to athletics, from fundraising to the future, the Alumnae Advisory Board is an integral part of the Fontbonne Academy community.
It is the mission of the Alumnae Advisory Board to provide the principle link between Fontbonne Academy and its worldwide network of alumnae. The Board will generate ideas and coordinate with Class Agents and the Development Office to deliver programs which support fundraising by bringing alumnae together for social, educational and spiritual activities. The Alumnae Advisory Board is committed to a shared spirit among alumnae and students to insure the successful continuation of Fontbonne Academy as a place of learning and growth for women into the next century.
