Golf Tournament

Fontbonne Academy will hold its annual Golf Tournament on June 2, 2008 at the Wollaston Golf Club in Quincy. The tournament is a full day that includes golf, an auction, great food and a chance to reconnect with fellow Fontbonne supporters. We hope that you will join us in supporting this event, by sponsoring, donating and playing in the tournament. The funds raised from the tournament help support the Robert M. Devin Scholarship Fund, which honors the memory of a dedicated father of three Fontbonne alumnae. All of the net proceeds raised through the golf tournament are used for student scholarship. Both sponsorship forms and auction item forms may be found on our website. For more information, please contact Kim McGrath at 617-615-3003. Click here for forms.

To Obtain a Youth Work Permit, also known as Working Papers.

1. The application can be downloaded from http://www.mass.gov/Elwd/docs/dos/youth_employment/youth_application.pdf

2. The student must complete the form and get all the appropriate signatures

3. The completed form must be brought to the issuing site in the town in which the students reside.

Ex. For Milton residents, students must go to Milton High School [Superintendent’s office] to submit their completed forms. [It is usually the High School in each town.]

NHS Tutors

Is your daughter falling behind in a subject, or just needs some extra help? NHS can help solve her problems! She should contact either Jennifer Grimmel (HR 214 L) or Megan Walsh and they will supply her with an available student tutor. Tutoring sessions will be worked around her schedule. All grade levels can apply.

The Fontbonne Cafeteria is open until 6:00pm with a proctored faculty member. This enables all our students to stay for extracurricular activities, homework, and study, in a safe environment.

If you have any issues regarding Varsity Book orders, please contact Florence Lathrop.
